Responsibilities
- Conduct makeup applications and skincare analyses tailoring recommendations to customer goals
- Collaborate with team members to create a welcoming and inclusive environment
- Set and achieve sales goals through in-store and digital selling including text and social media
- Book appointments and drive sales for beauty events and services
- Manage sales transactions including refunds and exchanges
- Build customer loyalty and enroll customers in rewards programs
- Maintain department organization and cleanliness to keep displays customer-ready
- Stay current on beauty trends and product knowledge through trainings
