Provide personalized luxury beauty experiences through makeup application, skincare analysis, and in-store and digital selling to build customer relationships and drive sales. Maintain department readiness and stay current on beauty trends and brand knowledge to support customer needs and store goals.
Responsibilities
- Perform makeup applications and skincare analyses tailored to customer goals
- Recommend products and services from on-trend and luxury beauty brands
- Drive sales through in-store and digital channels including text and social media
- Book appointments and support beauty events and services
- Manage sales transactions, refunds, and exchanges
- Maintain organization and cleanliness of the beauty department
- Collaborate with team members to create a welcoming customer environment
- Build customer loyalty and open new rewards program accounts
- Participate in trainings to stay current on products and trends
Requirements
- Passion for beauty, makeup application, and skincare
- Excellent customer connection and proactive problem solving
- Empathy and respect for diverse customers during services
- Strong multitasking, organization, and follow through skills
- Drive to achieve sales goals and use networking and technology
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends
- Ability to stand and move continuously for 6-8 hours per shift
- Capability to lift up to 10 pounds regularly and occasionally up to 25 pounds
