Responsibilities
- Conduct makeup applications and skincare analyses for customers.
- Recommend products to meet customers beauty goals and drive sales.
- Book appointments and promote in-store beauty events and services.
- Engage customers using in-store and digital selling tools including text and social media.
- Manage sales transactions including refunds and exchanges.
- Maintain department organization and cleanliness to remain customer-ready.
- Stay current on beauty trends and product knowledge through trainings.
- Build customer loyalty and open new rewards program accounts.
- Work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.
Requirements
