Provide personalized beauty and makeup services and drive sales for MAC at The Mall in Columbia. Deliver exceptional customer service through consultations and product recommendations while supporting store merchandising and presentation. Contribute to meeting individual and store performance goals.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers, provide makeup consultations and product recommendations.
• Demonstrate and apply makeup and conduct product demonstrations and sampling.
• Meet individual and store sales goals and participate in commission and incentive programs.
• Maintain merchandising standards, inventory levels, and a clean, organized sales area.

Requirements

• Previous retail or beauty sales experience preferred and strong customer service skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build client relationships.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays and to stand for extended periods.
• Eligible to work in the United States.
