Provide personalized beauty experiences in a luxury department store by engaging customers, performing makeup applications and skincare analyses, and driving sales both in-store and digitally. Maintain product knowledge and contribute to a welcoming, customer-focused environment at the Easton Town Center location.

Responsibilities

• Conduct makeup applications and skincare analyses tailored to customer beauty goals
• Recommend and sell on-trend and luxury beauty products
• Set and achieve sales goals for in-store and digital channels
• Book appointments and drive sales for beauty events and services
• Use selling tools including text and social media to build customer relationships
• Manage sales transactions including refunds and exchanges
• Keep the department organized, clean and customer-ready
• Stay current on beauty trends and product knowledge through trainings

• Passion for beauty trends, makeup application and skincare
• Excellent customer service and ability to connect with customers
• Strong multitasking, organization and follow-through skills
• Drive to achieve sales goals and interest in networking and technology
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends
• Comfortable with continuous movement and physical tasks during shifts
• Ability to lift items up to 25 pounds occasionally
