The Salesperson is passionate about fashion and styling, responsible for cultivating and growing a customer following both digitally and in-store, meeting sales goals, and maintaining department readiness while providing excellent customer service.

Responsibilities

• Set and achieve sales goals for in-store and digital selling using texting and social media
• Build and maintain lasting relationships with customers
• Provide honest and confident feedback to customers about style and fit
• Fill orders, stock merchandise, re-merchandise, perform price markdowns, and light cleaning
• Grow relationships by opening new rewards program accounts
• Work flexibly across departments as business needs require
• Operate on a variable schedule based on business needs
