Responsibilities

• Set and achieve sales goals for in-store and digital channels
• Use text and social media to engage customers and grow a following
• Provide styling advice and honest feedback about fit and product
• Build lasting customer relationships and open rewards program accounts
• Fill orders, stock merchandise, and perform re-merchandising tasks
• Execute price markdowns and maintain department cleanliness
• Occasionally perform duties in other departments as needed
