Summary

Drive beauty sales across brands through demonstration and artistry techniques while providing one-on-one customer service. Focus on appointment based selling, building lasting customer relationships, and leveraging digital tools and social media to meet sales goals. Maintain product knowledge and vendor relationships to support sales and events. Work a flexible schedule with physical requirements including prolonged movement and lifting.

Responsibilities

• Set and achieve sales goals for in-store and digital selling
• Use selling tools including text and social media to drive sales
• Conduct service consultations to assess customer preferences and needs
• Build and follow up on customer relationships and suggest products
• Grow sales through appointment based selling and opening rewards accounts
• Create and host in-store events and network in the community
• Maintain strong vendor relationships and product expertise
• Perform physical tasks including bending, reaching, and lifting up to 25 pounds

Requirements

• 1+ years of beauty industry experience
• Ability to work a flexible schedule based on department needs
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organization, follow-through, and initiative
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast paced environment
• Capacity for continuous movement for 6-8 hours per shift
• Frequent use of hands for fine manipulation and handling merchandise
