Responsibilities- Act as a role model to ensure exceptional client service for both internal and external clients.
- Identify, share, and spread best practices across the business and demonstrate excellent teamwork.
- Ensure profit targets are met and manage discounts and costs within budget.
- Achieve Boutique objectives through KPIs and department targets.
- Manage performance of colleagues, providing feedback and development opportunities.
- Represent the Roberto Coin brand at internal and external meetings.
- Organize daily and weekly tasks in line with policies and procedures through active delegation and participation.
- Maintain visual merchandising to Roberto Coin’s standards.
- Manage the till and associated transactional procedures.
- Participate in and run floor/boutique training and out-of-hours meetings and VM changes as required.
- Complete training requirements through E-learning and other sources.
- Ensure all team members adhere to the company dress code standards.
- Complete all duties as assigned by management.
- Travel for business as required.
Requirements- Considerable retail management experience, ideally within a luxury environment.
- Evidence of performance delivery against sales and process.
- Jewelry product knowledge.
- Proven track record of sales achievements.
- Ability to develop and implement business strategies and work to budgets.
- Ability to manage and deliver operating costs, identifying suitable efficiency improvements.
- Highly numerate with ability to understand and analyze sales performance.
- Experience in leading, mentoring, and coaching members of a high-performing Boutique.
- Proven track record of management achievements.
- IT literate with evidence of CRM and networking skills.
- Physical ability to work long hours, lift packages, and stand for extended periods.
