Brand Ambassador Childrens

Summary

The Brand Ambassador role delivers an elevated, customer-first shopping experience on the sales floor for the childrens category. The position focuses on driving sales and KPIs through personalized service, product knowledge, and maintaining brand visual and operational standards. This role serves as an entry point for future leadership opportunities within the company.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service and personalized styling to achieve individual and store sales goals.
• Drive KPI performance (SPH, data capture) and leverage company tools and initiatives to maximize sales.
• Support fitting rooms, assist with sizing, and maintain store presentation and visual merchandising standards.
• Perform opening and closing duties, floor sets, replenishment (ISOs), and other BOH tasks to uphold store operations.
• Participate in company training programs and communicate product feedback to management.

Requirements

• Retail or similar high-volume customer-facing experience preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused mindset.
• Ability to stand, walk, and operate a register for multiple hours and lift up to 30 lbs.
• Flexibility to work days, evenings, weekends and occasional travel as required.
