Brand Ambassador

Summary

Provide a personalized, customer-first shopping experience that reflects brand expectations and supports store goals. This entry-level retail role engages clients, supports store initiatives, and serves as a pathway to future leadership opportunities. Brand Ambassadors work collaboratively to drive sales, deliver exceptional service, and strengthen customer connections across channels.

Responsibilities

• Deliver sales and profit performance by using tools and resources to drive selling.
• Support execution of company and store initiatives and participate in team training.
• Engage clients through in-store outreach, community events, and networking to broaden the customer base.
• Support omnichannel and alternative purchasing processes such as Gladly, Click to Zoom, JRNI, and Ship to Home.
• Maintain sales floor execution and uphold store standards at all times.
• Provide feedback to management on opportunities, category needs, and talent sourcing.

Requirements

• Retail or similar industry experience in a high-volume or specialty environment preferred.
• Strong customer communication skills and ability to build positive relationships with customers and team members.
• Ability to operate register, stand and walk for multiple hours, and lift up to 30 lbs.
• Flexible availability including days, evenings, weekends and occasional travel as required.
• Planning, prioritization, and time-management skills with a proven track record of success.
