Summary

Brand Ambassadors provide personalized customer service and an inspiring shopping experience. They support sales objectives, demonstrate fashion and styling knowledge, and contribute to an inclusive team environment.

Responsibilities

• Deliver excellent customer service and meet individual sales and performance goals.
• Assist customers with styling, sizing, fitting rooms, and available programs and offerings.
• Maintain sales floor, fitting room, and back-of-house standards, including replenishment, floor sets, and opening and closing tasks.
• Support visual standards, participate in training, and collaborate with colleagues and management.

Requirements

• Retail or similar experience in a high-volume or high-profile environment is preferred.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to build positive working relationships.
• Ability to operate a register, stand and walk for extended periods, and lift or climb as needed.
• Flexible availability, including days, evenings, weekends, and possible overnight shifts.
