Brand Ambassador

Summary

Brand Ambassador delivers a personalized, customer-first shopping experience on the sales floor to drive sales and achieve KPI targets. This entry-level retail role supports store operations, visual standards, and product education while contributing to a cohesive team environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service and personalized styling assistance to customers on the sales floor and in fitting rooms.
• Meet or exceed individual KPIs (SPH, data capture) and utilize sales tools to drive performance.
• Support store operations including opening and closing duties, visual standards, floor sets, and replenishment (ISOS).
• Participate in trainings and share product and customer feedback with management to support continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Retail or related customer-facing experience preferred with strong communication skills.
• Ability to stand, walk, operate a register, maneuver around sales floor and back-of-house, and lift up to 30 lbs.
• Flexible availability including days, evenings, weekends and occasional travel as required.
• Team-oriented mindset with the ability to uphold store policies, standards, and visual guidelines.
