Brand Ambassador

Summary

Provide a personalized and inspiring shopping experience focused on exceptional customer service and driving sales. This entry-level retail role supports store operations, visual standards, and customer engagement through product knowledge and styling. The Brand Ambassador contributes to team goals and represents brand standards across all customer touchpoints.

Responsibilities

• Deliver excellent customer service and a customer-first mindset on the sales floor.
• Meet or exceed individual KPIs (SPH, data capture) and support team sales plans.
• Engage customers through loyalty programs and product education.
• Assist customers in fitting rooms, maintain store standards, and complete opening/closing tasks.
• Support operational activities including floor sets, replenishment (ISOS), and stock organization.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards and provide product feedback to management.

Requirements

• Retail or similar high-volume customer-facing experience preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills; ability to build customer relationships.
• Ability to stand, walk, and operate a register for multiple hours and lift up to 30 lbs.
• Flexible availability including days, evenings, weekends and occasional travel as required.
• Willingness to participate in company trainings and uphold store policies and procedures.
