Brand Ambassador

Summary

Provide a personalized, customer-first shopping experience on the sales floor while supporting store standards and sales goals. The Brand Ambassador engages customers, promotes products and services, and contributes to a cohesive team environment. This role supports daily store operations, visual standards, and ongoing training to enhance customer satisfaction and drive performance.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service and personalized styling to meet customer needs.
• Drive sales by meeting individual KPIs (SPH, data capture) and contributing to store sales plans.
• Engage customers in loyalty and connection programs and educate them on store offerings and initiatives.
• Assist in fitting rooms, maintain sales floor and back-of-house standards, and complete opening/closing tasks.
• Support operational activities including floor sets, replenishment, and maintaining visual merchandising standards.
• Participate in trainings on product, process and compliance and provide feedback to management on product and category opportunities.

Requirements

• Retail or related customer-facing experience preferred; strong communication skills required.
• Ability to stand, walk and operate the register for multiple hours and to maneuver on the sales floor and in stock areas.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 30 lbs. and perform light climbing as needed.
• Flexible availability including days, evenings, weekends and occasional travel as required.
• Ability to build positive working relationships with customers, management, and team members.
