Pt Sales Ambassador

Summary

As a Sales Ambassador, you will deliver exceptional, personalized service to customers while driving sales and building lasting client relationships. This in-store role focuses on styling, clienteling, and using digital tools to grow personal business, and serves as an entry point to store leadership opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service and personalized styling recommendations based on product knowledge.
• Drive individual sales performance to meet monthly, quarterly, and annual targets using clienteling and outreach.
• Leverage CRM and digital tools to capture customer data and support ongoing client relationships.
• Coach and support Brand Ambassadors to uphold customer-centric behaviors and standards.
• Maintain store visual standards and contribute to store initiatives and community outreach.
• Balance operational tasks while prioritizing the customer experience and provide feedback to management on category opportunities.

Requirements

• Sales experience in a specialty or high-volume retail environment preferred.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills with customers and colleagues.
• Ability to operate register, stand and walk for extended periods, and maneuver across the sales floor.
• Ability to lift and climb up to 30 lbs and work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.
• Experience using digital sales tools and CRM platforms preferred.
