Summary
Sales Ambassadors curate exceptional client experiences on the sales floor by delivering personalized styling, product expertise, and thoughtful clienteling. They drive individual sales performance and support the store team through coaching, merchandising, and participation in store initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service with detailed product knowledge and personalized styling recommendations.
- Drive sales and meet individual KPIs (SPH, data capture) to support monthly, quarterly, and annual goals.
- Strategize personal business growth through outreach, wardrobing, and leveraging digital tools for clienteling.
- Provide guidance and coach Brand Ambassadors to strengthen customer-centric behaviors and relationship building.
- Utilize CRM tools like Polo Connect to capture meaningful customer data and support clienteling.
- Maintain store visual standards and apply company merchandising guidelines.
- Participate in store and company initiatives, community outreach, and team training.
- Provide feedback to management on category opportunities and assist in sourcing and recruiting talent.
Requirements
- Sales experience in a complex, high-volume, or high-profile specialty environment preferred.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills with customers and team members.
- Ability to stand and walk for multiple hours, operate the register, and maneuver around the sales floor and stock areas.
- Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and climb moderately as needed.
- Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including days, evenings, and weekends; experience using digital selling tools preferred.
