Pt Sales Ambassador

Summary

Provide a personalized, customer-first shopping experience as a Brand Ambassador on the sales floor. Drive individual performance by meeting or exceeding KPIs and contributing to store sales plans. Support store presentation and operational standards while participating in training and development.

Responsibilities

• Deliver excellent customer service and build relationships to drive sales and data capture.
• Meet individual KPIs (SPH, conversion, data capture) and support team sales goals.
• Assist customers in fitting rooms and provide styling guidance and product knowledge.
• Maintain store visual and operational standards, perform opening and closing tasks, and support floor sets and replenishment.
• Participate in company trainings and share product feedback with management.

Requirements

• Retail or related industry experience preferred and strong communication skills.
• Ability to stand, walk, and operate a register for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs.
• Flexible availability including days, evenings, weekends, and occasional travel as required.
• Team-oriented, customer-focused, and able to balance multiple tasks while prioritizing the customer experience.
