PT Sales Ambassador

Summary

Sales Ambassadors deliver exceptional in-store customer experiences through expert product knowledge, personalized styling, and proactive clienteling. This role focuses on driving individual and team sales by leveraging digital tools and CRM to build lasting customer relationships. The position supports training, visual standards, and store initiatives while acting as an entry point for future management opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service and personalized styling recommendations.
• Drive sales by meeting individual KPIs and collaborating to achieve store sales plans.
• Leverage CRM and digital tools for clienteling, outreach, and data capture.
• Coach and mentor Brand Ambassadors and assist with talent sourcing and training.
• Maintain store visual standards and participate in store and community initiatives.

Requirements

• Sales experience in a high-volume or specialty retail environment preferred.
• Strong communication skills and ability to build customer relationships.
• Ability to stand, walk, operate register, and lift up to 30 lbs.
• Flexible availability including days, evenings, and weekends.
• Comfort using digital sales tools and CRM for client engagement.
