Sales Ambassador

Summary

The Sales Ambassador curates exceptional in-store experiences by delivering personalized styling and building lasting client relationships. This role supports store performance through proactive clienteling, digital outreach, and achievement of sales KPIs. The position is an entry point to future management opportunities within the brand.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service and personalized styling recommendations.
• Drive individual and team sales results by meeting KPIs and supporting monthly and quarterly plans.
• Utilize CRM and digital tools (e.g., Polo Connect) to capture customer data and execute clienteling and outreach.
• Coach and mentor Brand Ambassadors, maintain store visual standards, and participate in store initiatives and training.
• Balance floor tasks, support hiring efforts, and provide feedback to management on category opportunities.

Requirements

• Sales experience in a complex, high-volume, or specialty retail environment preferred.
• Strong communication skills and ability to build positive customer and team relationships.
• Ability to stand and move for multiple hours, lift up to 30 lbs, and work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.
• Comfort using digital tools for selling and clienteling.
