Summary

Part-time seasonal Brand Ambassador delivering personalized, customer-first shopping experiences and supporting store sales objectives. Responsible for driving performance through product knowledge, customer engagement, and adherence to store standards. Entry-level retail role focused on merchandising, visual standards, and supporting operational activities with opportunities for advancement.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service and a personalized shopping experience on the sales floor.
• Meet or exceed individual KPIs (SPH, data capture) and contribute to monthly and quarterly sales plans.
• Connect customers to loyalty programs and educate them on available programs and initiatives.
• Assist customers in fitting rooms, maintain store standards, complete opening and closing tasks, and support BOH processes.
• Support floor sets, replenishment (ISOS), visual standards, and participate in company trainings.

Requirements

• Retail or similar high-volume customer-facing experience preferred.
• Strong communication skills and ability to build positive relationships with customers and colleagues.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods, operate the register, and lift up to 30 lbs.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule including days, evenings, weekends and occasional overnight shifts or travel as required.
