Brand Ambassador

Summary

Part-Time Brand Ambassadors deliver a personalized, inspiring shopping experience while supporting daily store operations and sales goals. The role is customer-first, collaborative, and focused on building clientele and representing the Ralph Lauren brand standards.

Responsibilities

• Drive daily sales results and work to achieve individual and team targets
• Provide a personalized customer experience and support the store vision
• Utilize company tools and alternative purchasing methods (Gladly, Click to Zoom, JRNI, Ship to Home) to support sales
• Participate in team training and represent RL brand expectations on the sales floor
• Engage in networking to build customer relationships and clientele
• Provide feedback to management on opportunities and category needs
• Maintain sales floor standards and support product discovery via QR codes and digital catalogs

Requirements

• Retail or similar industry experience preferred in a high-volume specialty environment
• Strong customer communication and relationship-building skills
• Ability to operate register, stand and walk for extended periods, and maneuver around the sales floor
• Ability to lift and carry up to 30 lbs and perform light climbing as needed
• Flexible availability including days, evenings, weekends and potential overnight shifts or travel
