Brand Ambassador

Summary

Brand Ambassadors deliver a personalized, customer-first shopping experience on the sales floor, driving sales and key performance metrics while upholding visual and operational standards. This part-time retail role supports fitting room service, styling, and customer engagement initiatives to build loyalty and meet business objectives.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service and personalized styling to shoppers.
• Meet or exceed individual KPIs such as sales per hour and data capture.
• Engage customers through the store loyalty/program connection tools.
• Assist in fitting rooms, maintain sales floor and back-of-house standards.
• Support floor sets, replenishment (ISOS), opening and closing tasks.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards and execute company guidelines.
• Participate in company trainings and share product or category feedback with management.
• Collaborate with team members to foster an inclusive and professional work environment.

Requirements

• Retail or similar high-volume customer-facing experience preferred.
• Strong verbal communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to stand, walk, maneuver on the sales floor, and lift up to 30 lbs.
• Ability to operate a register and perform sales transactions.
• Flexible availability including days, evenings, weekends and occasional travel as required.
