Brand Manager

A Brand Manager at Saks is responsible for driving business through motivation of the sales force and achieving vendor sales goals across multiple product lines. This role requires technical knowledge of vendor products and involves product training and education for other associates.

• Build sales volume and maintain customer relationships.
• Motivate and develop a team of sales professionals.
• Maintain a strong floor presence and model customer service standards.
• Coordinate special orders and product movement between stores.
• Develop partnerships with consultants and store associates to promote the brand.
• Handle ad hoc responsibilities as needed.

• 4-year college degree in Marketing, Business, or Communications preferred.
• 3+ years of management experience with comparable volume.
• Proven track record of customer-focused sales growth.
• Ability to manage, develop, and motivate people while driving company initiatives.
