Summary
The Client Advisor is a brand ambassador who delivers exceptional client experiences, represents brand values, supports store goals, and may assist with visual merchandising or training. Reporting to store leadership, this role focuses on welcoming clients, cultivating relationships, and driving sales while maintaining brand standards.
Responsibilities
- Welcome clients and provide outstanding client experience consistent with brand standards
- Develop and cultivate long lasting client relationships through proactive outreach
- Achieve and exceed individual sales goals and store KPIs
- Review personal KPI performance and adjust sales approach to improve results
- Support inventory preparation and execute operational tasks as needed
- Follow up on customer charge sends, repairs, and holds
- Support and maintain visual merchandising standards
- Participate as a team player and contribute to store objectives
- Maintain professional presentation and adhere to grooming and behavior standards
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of retail experience, preferably in luxury
- Or equivalent experience in hospitality or client oriented service roles
- Client centric with strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Dependable, punctual, flexible, and team oriented
- Proficiency in English; additional languages preferred
- Technologically savvy with Microsoft tools proficiency
- Passion for fashion and luxury goods industry
