Client Advisor - Bloor Street

Summary

The Client Advisor is responsible for driving sales through exceptional client service, strong product knowledge, and building lasting client relationships. This role delivers an outstanding in-store experience, represents the brand with impeccable professionalism, and contributes to the store’s commercial success.

Responsibilities

• Consistently achieve and exceed individual sales targets.
• Serve as a brand ambassador, communicating product heritage, design, and craftsmanship.
• Cultivate and maintain an exclusive client portfolio through personalized engagement and appointments.
• Deliver white-glove post-purchase service, managing follow-ups, repairs, and service requests.
• Execute POS transactions accurately and open/close the register per policy.
• Support inventory management and loss prevention efforts.
• Maintain visual merchandising and ensure immaculate store presentation and operational readiness.

Requirements

• Proven success in a premium or luxury retail environment; an established luxury client book is highly desirable.
• Excellent personal presentation and strong communication skills.
• Refined attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities.
• Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays; ability to lift and handle items up to 20 lbs.
• Multilingual abilities (Spanish, French, Portuguese, and/or Mandarin) are a plus.
