Summary
Client Advisor responsible for driving sales and delivering exceptional luxury retail service at the Cabazon Desert Hills Premium Outlets location. Role focuses on client outreach, maintaining client records, product knowledge, and supporting store operations under the direction of the Store Manager.
Responsibilities
- Meet and exceed monthly sales goals and key performance indicators through client outreach
- Develop new clients via appointments and consignments and promote new collections and in store events
- Utilize the Client Journey and selling techniques including cross selling multiple selling and upselling to maximize transactions
- Establish and maintain strong client relationships and update client profile records regularly
- Maintain high level of product knowledge through company training resources
- Assist with store opening and closing procedures including cycle counts and light cleaning duties
- Maintain visual standards for merchandise presentation signage and lighting
- Comply with company policies and contribute to a respectful team environment
- Be mobile on the sales floor for extended periods and perform light lifting as required
Requirements
- 1-2 years of retail sales or customer service experience preferably in luxury retail
- Proven ability to achieve and exceed sales goals and KPIs
- Strong communication skills both verbal and written
- Polished professional appearance and strong work ethic with team orientation
- Availability to work closing shifts at least three times per week three Saturdays per month and two Sundays per month plus holiday season and annual inventory
- Ability to climb a ladder and regularly lift packages of 5-8 lbs
- Willingness to learn and receive feedback and maintain product knowledge
