Client Advisor

Summary

Deliver exceptional client service and achieve individual and store sales goals within a luxury retail boutique. Provide tailored client experiences, build lasting relationships, and uphold high standards of product knowledge and presentation. Use CRM tools to source and retain clients while supporting merchandising and operational excellence on the shop floor.

Responsibilities

• Provide impeccable, brand-aligned service to clients and act as an ambassador for the boutique.
• Tailor the client experience and mentor team members to ensure a smooth sales ceremony on the shop floor.
• Demonstrate deep product knowledge and consistently work to achieve monthly sales targets.
• Proactively source new clients and maintain qualitative CRM records to build and retain relationships.
• Assist with merchandising, shop floor maintenance, and execution of sales policies and initiatives.

Requirements

• 3+ years of luxury retail sales experience.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience with Women’s and Men’s ready-to-wear.
• Proven ability to meet sales targets and use CRM systems effectively.
