Responsibilities

• Provide impeccable, personalized service and represent the brand on the sales floor.
• Meet and exceed individual and store sales goals through proactive clienteling and prospecting.
• Use CRM tools to monitor, update and grow client relationships and source new clients.
• Support merchandising, shop floor maintenance and the smooth running of the sales ceremony.

Requirements

• 3+ years of luxury retail sales experience.
• Experience selling Women’s and Men’s ready-to-wear.
• Strong communication skills and proven ability to achieve sales targets.
• Knowledge of CRM/clienteling tools and passion for luxury product knowledge.
