Summary
Provide exceptional customer service and build lasting client relationships while achieving individual and store sales goals. Deliver personalized in-store experiences, maintain client books using in-house clienteling tools, and support store operations and visual standards.
Responsibilities
- Achieve Client Advisor metrics and CRM requirements
- Meet or exceed store, category, and personal sales goals
- Build and maintain client books and follow through on client inquiries
- Assist with special requests including repairs, special orders, and returns
- Use POS system accurately and update customer database
- Participate in stocking and store maintenance tasks
- Support visual standards and assist in training new Client Advisors
- Adhere to store policies, loss prevention, and health and safety guidelines
- May open or close the store and participate in team meetings
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years experience; luxury retail preferred
- Strong drive for results and goal oriented
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency with POS systems and inventory functions
- Organizational skills and strong digital literacy
- Ready to work flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Minimum High School Diploma
- Ability to lift boxes up to 10lbs
- Foreign language skills and RTW experience preferred
