Client Advisor

Summary

Seeking a customer-focused Client Advisor to represent the Brand at the Saks Bal Harbour location, delivering exceptional personalized service, building long-term client relationships, and supporting store sales goals. The role requires strong product knowledge across categories, use of clienteling tools, and collaboration with the store team to create memorable experiences for a diverse luxury clientele. This is a full time retail position reporting to the Team Manager and focused on achieving individual and team objectives.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional client experiences by understanding and fulfilling client needs and preferences
• Act as a brand ambassador, ensuring every client interaction reflects company values
• Achieve individual and team sales objectives through effective client engagement
• Develop and maintain long term relationships using in house clienteling tools and systems
• Learn and master product knowledge across all categories to provide personalized advice
• Collaborate with team members to maintain a positive and dynamic store environment
• Provide personalized follow up and engagement to nurture client loyalty

Requirements

• Previous retail experience, preferably in a high end or luxury market
• Strong sales and commercial mindset with a track record of meeting goals
• Passion for building and maintaining meaningful client relationships
• Willingness to learn, develop skills, and use clienteling tools
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to engage and influence clients
• Ability to work in a fast paced luxury retail environment
