Summary
Performance-driven sales professional responsible for achieving boutique sales targets, delivering exceptional client experiences, and developing long-term client relationships by leveraging omnichannel touchpoints and clienteling tools. Acts as a brand ambassador, supports store operations and visual merchandising, and contributes to a positive team environment. Ensures adherence to retail procedures and internal control policies while driving sales through proactive outreach and appointments.
Responsibilities
- Achieve individual and boutique sales targets through client discovery, product presentation, upselling, and closing.
- Develop and maintain long-lasting client relationships via outreach, appointments, and personalized follow-up.
- Leverage digital tools and clienteling systems to capture qualitative client data and drive sales.
- Support daily retail operations including inventory, cash handling, store opening and closing, and aftersales coordination.
- Contribute to visual merchandising, window animation, and overall store presentation.
- Collaborate with colleagues to meet KPIs and support a positive, inclusive work environment.
- Represent the brand at events and externally while communicating product story and technical details.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in luxury retail or related environment.
- Passion and knowledge of watches, lifestyle trends, technologies, and brand collections.
- Fluent in English and the local language; additional languages are a plus.
- Strong selling skills including discovery, storytelling, objection handling, and closing.
- Understanding of sales and clienteling KPIs such as traffic, conversion, ASP, and mix.
- Familiarity with retail and digital tools and systems such as POS and CRM.
- Energetic, client-centric, adaptable team player with excellent communication and presentation skills.
