Client Advisor

Summary

We are seeking a Seasonal Full Time Client Advisor to deliver exceptional, personalized service at our Coral Gables boutique. The role focuses on building lasting client relationships, achieving sales objectives, and representing the brand with professionalism and enthusiasm. This position reports to the Team Manager and requires strong clienteling and product knowledge across categories.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional client experiences by understanding and fulfilling clients' needs and preferences.
• Represent the brand and uphold its values in every client interaction.
• Achieve individual and team sales targets through strategic client engagement.
• Develop and maintain long-term client relationships using clienteling tools and systems.
• Collaborate with team members to maintain a positive and dynamic store environment.

Requirements

• Previous retail experience, preferably in a high-end or luxury environment, or strong customer-centric background.
• Commercial sales mindset with the ability to meet individual and team sales goals.
• Passion for building and maintaining meaningful relationships with a diverse clientele.
