Client Advisor - Miami Aventura

Summary

Act as a brand ambassador, delivering an exceptional luxury in-store experience and building lasting client relationships. Drive individual and team sales by identifying client needs, cross-selling across departments, and achieving assigned KPIs. Support omnichannel initiatives while maintaining high standards of visual merchandising, store operations, and security.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional in-store customer service and guide clients through the brand experience.
• Build and maintain client relationships, capturing customer data in the CRM for personalized follow-up.
• Maximize sales and cross-sell across departments to achieve individual and team targets and KPIs.
• Embrace and promote omnichannel initiatives to connect with clients.
• Collaborate with colleagues to ensure a consistent client journey and positive working environment.
• Maintain shop floor and visual display standards and follow stock procedures.
• Handle customer complaints and liaise with management when necessary.
• Contribute to loss prevention and ensure attention to security.

Requirements

• Passion for selling and interest in luxury, fashion, art, and design.
• Experience building long-lasting client relationships.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills; able to work independently and in a team.
• Ambition, resilience, self-motivation, and result-driven problem solving.
• Product and brand knowledge; up-to-date on fashion trends and competitors.
• Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
