Job Description

Summary

As a Client Advisor at Northpark, you will play a pivotal role in driving sales and enhancing the client experience in a luxury retail environment. You will embody the brand's values and act as a passionate Brand Ambassador, both in-store and at events, while consistently achieving sales targets and building long-lasting client relationships.

Responsibilities
  • Increase boutique sales by achieving personal sales targets and supporting team members.
  • Deliver memorable in-store experiences and services, ensuring omnichannel sales are considered.
  • Propose new ideas to develop sales, including merchandising and events.
  • Build long-lasting personal connections with clients and achieve clienteling objectives.
  • Contribute to daily operations, including inventory, cash handling, and store maintenance.
  • Ensure compliance with retail and administrative processes and internal control policies.
Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a luxury retail environment.
  • Fluent in English and the local language; a third language is a plus.
  • Strong selling skills, including client discovery and sales closing.
  • Knowledge of luxury watches, lifestyle trends, and digital tools.
  • Energetic, self-motivated, and adaptable to changes.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
