Client Advisor

Summary

The Client Advisor is responsible for generating sales through exceptional client relations and deep product knowledge while representing the brand in a professional manner. This role involves cultivating client relationships, supporting store sales goals, and maintaining store standards and operations.

Responsibilities

• Achieve personal sales goals and support team targets
• Educate clients on company history and product knowledge
• Maintain and cultivate an active client book
• Provide prompt follow up on purchases repairs and inquiries
• Operate store POS system including opening and closing registers
• Process payments returns and conduct inventory counts
• Adhere to loss prevention policies and merchandising standards
• Maintain store readiness and perform housekeeping duties

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Luxury sales experience preferred
• Experience developing and prospecting client relationships
• Professional presentation and strong verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent problem solving skills and a positive team oriented attitude
• Knowledge of fashion and design trends and interest in travel
• Ability to work varied hours including nights weekends and holidays
• Ability to lift boxes up to 20lbs repeatedly
