Client Advisor - South Coast Plaza

Summary

Provide high-end sales and clienteling services on the retail floor, building lasting relationships through exceptional product knowledge and personalized service. Drive and exceed monthly sales targets while embodying brand values and maintaining visual and service standards. Support store operations including merchandising, inventory, and appointment management to deliver a refined shopping experience.

Responsibilities

• Achieve and surpass monthly sales goals and contribute to store performance.
• Develop and maintain a client book; schedule appointments and follow up with clients via calls, notes, and invitations.
• Demonstrate product knowledge, recommend and style merchandise, and promote wardrobing and repeat purchases.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards, assist with inventory counts, and keep the store organized and presentable.
• Collaborate with colleagues to meet business objectives and provide excellent customer service.

Requirements

• Previous luxury retail or high-end clienteling experience; proven sales track record preferred.
• Previous client book preferred; 4+ years in premium or luxury commission sales environment preferred.
• Strong customer service, communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
• Ability to stand and walk for up to eight hours and lift/move up to 50 pounds.
