Client Advisor - The Shops At Crystals

Summary

The Client Advisor is a brand ambassador who delivers exceptional client experiences by welcoming clients, discovering their needs, and cultivating long-term relationships. Reporting to store leadership, this part-time role supports sales, visual merchandising, training, and store operations to help achieve individual and store goals.

Responsibilities

• Provide a warm, client-focused experience and build long-lasting client relationships.
• Proactively drive sales and achieve/exceed individual KPIs (ADT, UPT, data capture, repurchase rate).
• Engage in active client outreach and new client development to grow business.
• Support visual merchandising standards and assist with inventory preparation and execution.
• Collaborate with store operations on procedures, follow up on charge sends, repairs, and holds.
• Participate as a team player in store activities and support training needs as required.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of retail experience, preferably in luxury; hospitality or other client-facing experience acceptable.
• Client-centric, team-oriented with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Professional presentation, dependable, punctual, and flexible.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English; additional languages (Spanish, Mandarin, Cantonese) preferred.
• Fashion-forward with a strong interest in the luxury goods industry and proficiency with Microsoft tools.
