Client Advisor

Summary

Deliver the Tiffany Experience by embodying the brand and creating memorable, personalized interactions for each client. Build and maintain client relationships to drive loyalty and achieve commercial targets through thoughtful clienteling and appointments. This part-time retail role requires strong communication, an entrepreneurial sales mindset, and flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Deepen client relationships and cultivate new clients to drive repeat business and lifetime value.
• Consistently achieve or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual store sales targets.
• Capture and maintain accurate client data using POS and client tracking systems.
• Convert clients through discovery, styling, and elevated in-store selling experiences.
• Execute hospitality and store amenities to create memorable client moments and act on client feedback.

Requirements

• Experience in retail, luxury retail, or client-facing hospitality roles with a proven track record of commercial results.
• Ability to connect with a diverse client base and demonstrate excellent communication and brand ambassadorship.
• Flexibility to work non-traditional hours including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Proficiency with Point of Sale (POS) systems, client tracking tools, and Microsoft Outlook/email; authorization to work in the United States.
• Desired: college/university degree and proficiency in multiple languages.
