Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding client and after-sales service to visitors and clients
• Act as a visible and trusted leader on the sales floor supporting the Store Manager
• Drive team performance through coaching, feedback, and development
• Translate store priorities into clear actionable direction for the team
• Support floor coverage, client experience, visual merchandising execution, and operations
• Serve as a training ambassador for onboarding, product knowledge, and selling standards
• Contribute to building and sustaining a high-performance culture
