Summary

The Client Advisor delivers exceptional luxury customer experiences and acts as a brand ambassador at the Wynn Las Vegas boutique. The role focuses on maximizing individual and team sales, nurturing long-term client relationships, and supporting omni-channel initiatives through CRM engagement.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and serve customers, providing a personalized luxury in-store experience.
• Drive sales and meet individual and team KPIs through proactive selling and cross-selling.
• Capture and maintain client data in the CRM to develop and grow relationships.
• Support omni-channel activities and collaborate with other departments.
• Maintain high visual merchandising, shop floor standards, and stock procedures.
• Handle customer complaints and liaise with the line manager when necessary.
• Contribute to store security and loss prevention efforts.

Requirements

• Passion for selling and knowledge of luxury fashion and the product category.
• Experience building long-lasting client relationships and delivering high-quality service.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to work independently and in a team.
• Ambition, resilience, self-motivation, and a results-driven approach.
• Fluent English required; additional languages are a plus.
