Responsibilities

• Meet individual and store sales targets and consignment goals
• Use product knowledge to maximize sales and transaction value
• Capture and maintain customer information in the database
• Promote store events through email, phone, and personalized notes
• Maintain and expand a client book and perform consistent follow up
• Support shipping, receiving, and inventory control as requested
• Assist with store housekeeping and maintaining the store image

Requirements

• Desire to work in a retail setting with a focus on sales
• Passion for luxury products and appreciation for design
• Tech savvy with ability to learn software programs
• Service orientation and customer focused mindset
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Candidates with existing client books are a plus
• Foreign language skills are a plus
