Requirements

• 2+ years of retail or luxury sales experience, preferably in men's apparel.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and clienteling skills.
• Proven ability to meet sales goals and work effectively on a commission structure.
• Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays and reliable local commute to Chestnut Hill.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform light physical tasks related to merchandising.
