This Commission Sales Associate will deliver high-quality, personalized service to customers in the women's shoe department at the Fashion Valley store. This is an in-store retail position with a commission component and a full-time schedule.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional, client-focused service to customers on the sales floor and build long-term customer relationships.
• Meet and exceed individual sales goals and contribute to department performance through selling and suggestive techniques.
• Maintain up-to-date product knowledge of women's shoes, trends, sizes, and fit to advise customers effectively.
• Assist with merchandising, floor presentation, and inventory replenishment to ensure a well-stocked, visually appealing department.
• Process sales transactions accurately using the point-of-sale system and handle returns and exchanges per store policy.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of retail sales experience, preferably in footwear or apparel, with a proven sales record.
• Strong customer service and communication skills with the ability to build rapport and close sales.
• Flexible availability including weekends, evenings, and holidays as required by store hours.
• Ability to stand for extended periods, assist with stocking, and lift boxes up to typical retail weight limits.
• Comfortable working in a commission-driven environment and motivated by sales targets.
