Concierge

Summary

The Concierge provides superb customer service to clients and acts as an ambassador for the store. They manage incoming inquiries in person, by phone and email, support the sales floor as POS super users, and coordinate client and event requests. The role maintains expert knowledge of store inventory and local services while ensuring compliance with privacy and cybersecurity measures.

Responsibilities

• Provide a consistently excellent level of customer service and act as the client ambassador
• Maintain expert knowledge of the store and product locations
• Resolve standard customer service issues within policy
• Manage incoming inquiries and requests via information kiosk, phone and email and respond within 24 hours
• Process gift cards and support the client services department
• Support the sales floor as POS super users and assist with store events, RSVPs and ticketing
• Develop and maintain relationships with concierge vendors and local community partners
• Ensure text on plasma screens is up-to-date and ensure compliance with privacy and cyber security policies

Requirements

• High school diploma
• Previous experience in a customer service environment
• Good working knowledge of computer software such as Word, Excel and Outlook
