Phones & Cashier Support

Summary

Provide professional, timely, and courteous phone support for the CHANEL Yorkdale Boutique. Support cashiering and administrative functions for the boutique and Head Office while upholding high standards of customer service, product knowledge, presentation, and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Answer phone inquiries and document and deliver messages promptly to Fashion Advisors.
• Build client relationships by responding appropriately to internal and external inquiries and keeping clients informed.
• Process cashier transactions accurately and keep Cash and Wrap stations prepared and stocked.
• Prepare packaging and assist with gift wrapping as needed.
• Respond promptly to requests from clients, boutique management, colleagues, and Head Office.
• Maintain confidentiality and communicate effectively with colleagues and management.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of customer service experience; retail operations or phone customer service experience is an asset.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organization and follow-up skills, with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work retail business hours, including weekends, and adjust to business needs.
• Fluent English; French is an asset.
