Summary

We are seeking a Cosmetics Beauty Advisor to deliver exceptional client experiences for Maison Francis Kurkdjian fragrances at our Chestnut Hill location. The Advisor will consult with customers, drive sales, and maintain a luxurious presentation of fragrance products. This role requires strong product knowledge, excellent communication skills, and a passion for delivering personalized service.

Responsibilities

• Engage customers with personalized fragrance consultations and product recommendations.
• Achieve individual and store sales targets through upselling and clienteling.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards and ensure product displays are immaculate.
• Process transactions, handle returns, and manage point-of-sale duties accurately.
• Build and maintain a client book through follow-up and appointment setting.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of retail or beauty sales experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of fragrance and beauty products or willingness to learn brand-specific training.
• Excellent communication, customer service, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work a flexible retail schedule including weekends and holidays.
