Summary

Provide personalized beauty consultations and product recommendations to customers on the sales floor at a mall location. Demonstrate and apply cosmetics and skincare products to showcase features and benefits. Build client relationships to drive sales and support store performance while maintaining visual and merchandising standards.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers, conduct consultations, and recommend products based on needs and preferences.
• Perform makeup applications, product demonstrations, and sampling to educate customers.
• Achieve individual sales goals and contribute to store sales targets through clienteling and follow-up.
• Maintain merchandising, stock levels, and a clean, professional sales floor environment.
• Process transactions, handle returns, and accurately record sales activities.

Requirements

• Retail or cosmetics sales experience preferred, with strong customer service skills.
• Knowledge of makeup and skincare techniques and the ability to perform applications and demonstrations.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and clienteling skills.
• Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays; ability to stand for extended periods.
