Summary

The Cosmetics Counter Manager leads daily operations of a beauty counter, driving sales and delivering exceptional client service. This role oversees staff scheduling, training, and product merchandising while ensuring visual standards and inventory accuracy. The manager builds client relationships and meets sales targets through coaching and performance management.

Responsibilities

• Manage and coach the counter team to achieve individual and store sales goals.
• Oversee daily operations including opening/closing procedures, cash handling, and staff scheduling.
• Maintain merchandising standards, stock levels, and product rotation on the counter.
• Provide personalized client consultations and drive clienteling efforts to grow the customer base.
• Train staff on product knowledge, service protocols, and point-of-sale systems.

Requirements

• 4+ years of retail or beauty experience with supervisory or managerial experience.
• Proven track record of meeting sales targets and driving KPIs.
• Strong product knowledge of skincare and cosmetics and ability to perform consultations.
• Excellent communication, coaching, and client service skills.
• Availability to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.
