Department Manager - Leather Goods

As a Department Manager for Leather Goods at Bottega Veneta's NY Flagship, you will oversee the department's performance, customer service, and company image. You will play an active role on the sales floor, working to achieve and exceed sales targets while driving customer loyalty and spend.

• Oversee the Leather Goods department's performance and customer service.
• Demonstrate sales leadership by achieving and exceeding sales targets.
• Drive customer loyalty and maintain accurate client records.
• Maximize business potential in line with company strategy.
• Mentor and coach sales team members.
• Partner with the Store Director on recruiting and training staff.
• Ensure compliance with operational procedures and standards.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and manage relationships professionally.
• Perform operational functions such as opening and closing the department.

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a managerial role within the luxury sector.
• Strong drive for results and goal-oriented mindset.
• Strong knowledge of fashion industry and luxury retail operations.
• Demonstrated ability to lead, mentor, and manage a team.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Adaptable, organized, and a strong brand ambassador.
• Multilingual is a plus.
